By using the betfred website or mobile application, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Account Creation & Security
To register with betfred, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person is allowed only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your password has been compromised, contact the betfred support team immediately. betfred will never ask for your password via email or phone — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

You are expected to treat other users with respect — harassment, intimidation, and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited. The use of automated scripts, bots, or manipulation tools against betfred's software, database, or network is not permitted under any circumstances. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on betfred are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳) and can be completed through approved payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your betfred account instantly, though delays caused by banking or mobile banking systems may occur and betfred is not liable for such delays. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process, and identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the betfred website and are subject to change. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, betfred reserves the right to suspend the transaction and notify the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU). Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be referred to the courts of Bangladesh with competent jurisdiction, and the courts of Dhaka shall have jurisdiction in such cases. betfred operates in compliance with Bangladesh's Anti-Money Laundering Act, Digital Security Act, and Information and Communication Technology Act.
